I absolutely love living here! The only reason I'm moving out is due to relocation for my job. L14 Flats is quiet, modern and homey. It has laundry in-unit, a great attached parking garage, an amazing location within walking distance to the Old Market and the corporate part of downtown as well as cute finishes in the apartments! I toured 11 places all downtown when moving here two years ago and L14 was my clear top choice. I'll miss it!

The staff keeps L14 very clean and promptly addresses problems with the unit. The staff is friendly, competent, and always looking for ways to improve living there.
